Lace It Up

A girl can never have enough boots, especially ones that go over the knee and can nearly go perfect with any fall outfit. I bought these boots last year from Windsor (shop the boots here) and absolutely fell in love with them as what I do with almost all my shoes. Being faux suede, they fit in perfectly with the season and will keep you warm during some chilly nights out on the town. Lace up boots are a must have for this season so get your hands on them quick before they’re gone!

Pumpkin Spice

My favorite part of this season is all the beautiful earth tones of colors within nature. Over this weekend I got a chance to go to a pumpkin patch which has been a tradition of mine since I was a child & this year I figured I’d bring a little style to the patch. This olive fall hat and oatmeal sweater was truly inspired from the colors of the season and was also perfect for the cool weather. Paired with some ripped knee jeans and Adidas classic shell top sneakers gave the look a more casual feel since this isn’t a place you would want to get to fancy for. Although white sneakers aren’t the best choice for all the dust and dirt that are at pumpkin patches, sometimes you make sacrifices for fashion lol. Never miss out on an opportunity to bring out your style ! – AshGabrielle

Chocolate Wasted

The fall time calls for dark lipstick & bronzey/gold eyes. I’ve been waiting all summer to finally pull out my dark lips again and be bold with all my makeup looks again. Using the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette ($49), I was able to create this bronze, gold,  and chocolate eye look along with mixing in some brown shades from the Morphe 35O palette ($22.99). Of course I couldn’t forget my favorite bronzer and highlight combination which is the Benefit Hoola matte bronzer ($30) with Laura Geller’s Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator in Gilded Honey ($26). Top it off with Colour Pop’s Ultra Matte Lip in Limbo ($6), winged liner, flirty lashes  and the perfect fall look is complete ! Fall Booties

It’s the best time of the year which means the cutest shoes are back ! I realized last year that I went a bit crazy buying all thigh high and over the knee boots that this year I’ll put my focus more onto booties. Fall is the perfect time for a little peep toe bootie which allows you still shoe off that pedicure without having your feet freezing in the cooler days and nights. Some of the biggest trends when it comes to booties and boots this season are the lace up or just keep it simple with one color along with a chunky or stacked heels. These booties can easily dress up any casual outfit or even be the pop of fall color you need in your wardrobe !

I recently went to roof top brunch in NYC which was a a first for me so I thought why not go all out with this bomber and a rhinestone choker?! This silk-like bomber is laced up on the sleeves and light enough for that transition between the season while still being trendy of course. Details are all listed below : )

Black, White, & Glitter Room Decor

I’ve finally finished my room after working on it and getting all my ideas together collectively since January. A black and white theme with touches of gold in my opinion is a classic but also keeps up with modern times. I have become so in love with my room that I never want to leave !

Gold foil lips on canvas was a steal at only $25 from Hobby Lobby. Originals can go up to $200 so if you can find a good knockoff or even have the skills to do it yourself go right ahead!

“New York” & “Haute Mess” wall art was actually a DIY project I decided to do was made simply on Word and I put them in inexpensive picture frames from Walmart.

The hanging tissue paper poms were also a simple DIY project that took less than an hour to do. There are various tutorials on Pinterest and YouTube if you’re interested in the different ways you can make them.

“Be Bold Be Fear Less” caught my eye the moment I walked into Franchesca’s with the gold glitter which is one thing I am obsessed with! This store has the best cute and unique novelty items that are perfect for gifts or for home decor along with some of the latest fashions. Direct link to this wall art & more here .

On one side of my bed I have an 18 shoe holder unit where I keep my flats and sandals at. On top, I pulled inspiration from Pinterest on how I should decorate a “night stand”. Instead of coffee table books, I used my school yearbooks since the covers of them are black and go perfectly with my theme. I love white flowers and roses so I got some fake ones from craft store and neatly placed them into a modern cube vase. I also wanted to show my love for makeup so I saved a Sephora and Bobbi Brown bag to add a few accents.

As for the other side of my bed, I have a 6 drawer Alex unit from IKEA to store more of my makeup and hair products. Being that this storage unit is so wide, it gave me enough room on top to decorate and display more of my obsessions like sunglasses which I cant seem to get enough of. I also keep my nail polishes here, some in a candy jar and some that were small enough to fit in lipstick holder from Marshall’s. I like to keep my notebooks here too in easy reach for me to jot down ideas and organize myself for future blog posts.

This corner I decided will be changing with the seasons and that is why it currently has pumpkins on it. The “A” is from Target but you can easily get it at any craft store and just as I did, glued some (a lot) of glitter on it lol. I just can’t get enough of the glitter ! The pumpkins and all the pillows on my bed are also from Target, which has the best home decor EVER ! Trust me, you will leave that store with more things than you wanted..

I am so happy with how my room turned out and can’t wait to enjoy my days blogging on this pillow filled bed !
